The data controller is Eaven Group (VAT IT14597740969), based in Italia. For any request regarding the processing of your personal data, you can reach us at info@eavengroup.com or via certified email (PEC) at eavengroup@ionospec.it.

We collect the data you voluntarily provide through the site's contact form (name, email address, phone number and message content). The site does not currently use any analytics or browsing-behaviour tracking tools.

Emails generated by the contact form are delivered through the third-party provider Resend; data submitted through the form therefore also passes through its systems, subject to Resend's own privacy policy.

Data collected through the contact form is processed solely to respond to your request and manage any resulting business relationship. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, where applicable, the controller's legitimate interest in responding to inquiries received.

Data is retained for as long as needed to handle your request and, in the event of a contractual relationship, for the period required by applicable tax and civil-law obligations.

Your data may be shared with third-party providers acting as data processors on our behalf (e.g. Resend for email delivery, our hosting provider). Some of these providers may be based outside the European Economic Area; in that case, transfers rely on the safeguards required by the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
